I contacted the shop manager, who stated that the damage was not caused by their technician but instead resulted from debris that had accumulated beneath the 3M tape over time. However, the scratches appear clean and consistent with damage caused by a sharp object, rather than the irregular marks typically associated with trapped debris. While all interactions with the shop have remained professional and polite, this changed once responsibility for the damage was raised, as they have declined to acknowledge or address what appears to be damage caused during the removal process.

They did a very good and fast job on my 2022 Toyota Highlander. They replaced the windshield and performed the calibration in less than two hours. I had previously made an appointment with Safelite, but they cancelled on me the day before because they couldn't source the glass. I searched online, found this company, submitted a request, and they called me right away; by the very next day, they had already resolved the issue for me.

Found out about this company by pure chance and im glad I looked into it. Great experience, the wait actually wasn't as long as I had planned and the results are perfect so far. The staff was very informative and friendly. Hopefully I don't need these services again, but if I do there won't be any hesitation on returning for service.

Very professional from start to finish! I had an appt with Safelite and when I showed up I was informed they didn’t have the glass after an appt set up two weeks in advance. Auto Glass was easy and had the glass for my scheduled appointment. I was skeptical because I only knew of Safelite but was pleasantly surprised with the service and professional staff.
